Service
StillSpark provides AI-assisted creation tools that help users generate images and short videos from prompts, uploaded photos, and templates. AI results can be imperfect, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Account and Preview Identifiers
This preview version does not require email sign-in. Activity, credits, prompts, uploads, and generated media may be associated with a preview user identifier or device-linked app identifier.
User Content
You are responsible for the prompts, images, and other materials you submit to StillSpark. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, generate, use, share, and publish your content and any resulting output.
Credits and Rewards
Credits are used to submit generation requests. Credit costs may vary by creation mode, duration, resolution, product configuration, and service availability. First-release paid credit purchase is disabled. Daily rewards and preview credits may change, expire, or be adjusted to prevent abuse.
Acceptable Use
You may not use StillSpark to create, upload, request, share, or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable law or platform policy.
- Contains explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, or sexualized minors.
- Harasses, threatens, abuses, or targets another person or group.
- Impersonates another person without authorization, including public figures or private individuals.
- Misuses private identity information, biometric information, likeness, or confidential material.
- Promotes fraud, scams, violence, weapons, illegal goods, or dangerous activity.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Generated Content
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or sharing them. StillSpark does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, safe, or suitable for commercial use.
Safety Enforcement
We may block prompts, reject uploads, remove generated media, limit access, suspend activity, or take other action when content or use appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, safety rules, or platform policy.
Payments
Paid purchases are not available in this preview version. If payment features are added later, these Terms and related policies will be updated before release.
Availability and Changes
StillSpark may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Generation speed and success may depend on network conditions, service capacity, third-party systems, and safety checks.
Disclaimer
StillSpark is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StillSpark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use of StillSpark after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
