StillSpark users can request deletion of their account and app data associated with their preview user identifier or account identifier.
How to Request Deletion
- Open StillSpark and go to Profile.
- Find your User ID if it is available.
- Email c6079490@gmail.com with the subject "Delete StillSpark account".
- Include your User ID, device platform, and any support details that help us identify the data to delete.
What May Be Deleted
Deletion may include preview user data, credit balance, generation history, prompts, uploaded images, generated media, and related app activity associated with the identifier we can verify.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, tax, accounting, or platform policy compliance. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed in the order received. We may ask for additional verification before completing a deletion request.
